The bar & grill at 202 W. Main St. in Annville was found out of compliance with food safety laws during the inspection. In all, four health code violations were spotted including the presence of cockroaches and general uncleanliness. The inspection was the result of a complaint, which was deemed verified. Corvette Grille has generally been in good standing with food safety laws during previous inspections, of which there were already several in 2018.
